1. Click either Windows or macOS above depending on your computer’s OS
2. Run the downloaded AnyDesk.exe for Windows or the.dmg file for macOS file from web browser window.
   • If you cannot find it in your web browser it will have gone to your default Downloads folder.
3. Read the big, red 9-digit Your Address number at the top of the AnyDesk program to your technician.
