I recently purchased a Sharp MX-2640N copy machine on Ebay because it was a great deal, after receiving the copier and attempting to set it up myself I realized it was a very complicated matter. After about a week of attempting to watch video tutorials on setting up network folders, as well as setting up an email account to send files to I finally got so frustrated I and decided I needed help. I called the phone number on the equipmybiz.com website and within about 2 minutes I got on the phone with a tech named Chris who was able to remote in to my pc and set up my copy machine in about 10 minutes. I wish I would have called these guys sooner; they really know their Sharp products and offer next level service. Chris was also very helpful in explaining exactly what needed to happen on other computers to get them set up properly as well.

I had a secure print job that was stuck in our machine for several months which I forgot the password to. I emailed Skelton about how to remove it. Within a business day, Collin had a solution on how to delete it and even made me a YouTube tutorial video to make it foolproof. Exactly what I needed.
