The program recognizes and rewards service organizations for exceeding performance benchmarks and implementing industry best practices. In order to make the list, organizations must show excellence in the following critical areas of service delivery:

- Committing to Sharp’s factory training for technicians
- Using remote diagnostic technology
- Timely updating of call tracking tickets and service calls
Only 75 Sharp dealers in the US were awarded for 2020 – 2021 so we consider ourselves fortunate enough to have our customer support be up to the highest of industry standards.
