How To Control Sharp Copier with VNC Viewer

Open the web GUI of the printer by typing the IP address into a web browser
Click Login at the top-right corner
Login as admin
Click System Settings tab
Click Common Settings
Click Operation Settings
Scroll down to Remote Operation Settings and change Operation from Specified PC to Allowed, enter the IP address of the computer you’re using
Click Submit at the bottom of the page
Open VNC Viewer and enter the IP address of the copier you want to control
When it prompts you for a password enter the admin password for the copier and click OK
