How To Control Sharp Copier with VNC Viewer

- Open the web GUI of the printer by typing the IP address into a web browser
- Click Login at the top-right corner
- Login as admin
- Click System Settings tab
- Click Common Settings
- Click Operation Settings
- Scroll down to Remote Operation Settings and change Operation from Specified PC to Allowed, enter the IP address of the computer you’re using
- Click Submit at the bottom of the page
- Open VNC Viewer and enter the IP address of the copier you want to control
- When it prompts you for a password enter the admin password for the copier and click OK

I’m using a sharp MX3610N copier and I can’t find any remote operation settings. In France, nobody knows how to solve the problem. Sharp has not released any new firmware. Sharp France customer service is useless.
I would like to use Real vnc viewer because the copier is too old to be used with new browsers.
